错误描述：
这个错误就是因为你的pytorch（torch）版本太低，不支持高算力的显卡运算。
说的通俗点，你的显卡太强了。
解决办法：
换显卡？换个弱点的显卡？那必不可能啊，hhh，只需要装个高版本的pytorch和torch还有cuda就可以。装啥版本呢？
3070我建议直接最新，cudatoolkit 11.3 torch1.10.0
torch官网链接：https://pytorch.org/get-started/locally/
cudatoolkit安装：

conda install cudatoolkit=11.3
conda install cudnn

如果你还需要装geometric啥的，那就需要将原先的一些torch-scatter之类的包先卸载掉，然后再去官网装
