问题

2019-01-14 21:28:54.725 1083-1167/? W/BroadcastQueue: Background execution not allowed: receiving Intent { act=com.rlk.powersavemanagement.ACTION_AVAILABLE_TIME flg=0x10 (has extras) } to com.transsion.powercenter/.provider.PowerWidgetProvider

这是怎么搞得？正常发广播却收不到广播，原来，Android O对隐式广播进行了限制, 链接说明:

解决

在Intent类源码中有这样的Flag定义：

 * If set, the broadcast will always go to manifest receivers in background (cached
 * or not running) apps, regardless of whether that would be done by default.  By
 * default they will only receive broadcasts if the broadcast has specified an
 * explicit component or package name.
 *
 * NOTE: dumpstate uses this flag numerically, so when its value is changed
 * the broadcast code there must also be changed to match.
 *

 */
public static final int FLAG_RECEIVER_INCLUDE_BACKGROUND = 0x01000000;

但是这个常量没有被编译进SDK，我们调用不到，我们直接带硬编码即可解决。
发送广播的时候携带intent.addFlags(0x01000000); 即能让广播突破隐式广播限制。
