第一，找到xampp/phpMyAdmin/config.inc.php文件；

第二，打开config.inc.php文件找到：

2.使用账户登陆phpMyAdmin时出现如下情况：

解决方法：

与上面相同的找到config.inc.php文件，然后在文件中加入一行

$cfg['Servers'][$i]['port']='你设置的mysql的端口号';

在这里我把端口号设定为了3316，所以有：

$cfg['Servers'][$i]['auth_type'] = 'cookie';
$cfg['Servers'][$i]['user'] = 'root';
$cfg['Servers'][$i]['password'] = '';
