伴随着市场经济体制的慢慢产生，经济全球化经济发展已在中国快速发展趋势起來。过去的营销模式已经遭受前所未有的挑戰：大家早已对去固定不动的场地、选购(售卖)固定不动的物件的交易规则所带来的麻烦愈来愈觉得不满意，买卖的时间长、高效率低。巨额的运输费、市场销售场所的凭租费等多种多样的额外开支也给商家带来厚重的成本费开支。为了更好地融入销售市场、融入经济发展前行的脚步，买家和商家都是在勤奋积极地找寻一种可以带来效率高、成本低营销模式。
网上商城不用店铺的凭租费；新产品可以用最少的時间吸引住消费者的目光，因为它不用那麼长的运送時间。网上商城为商家节约了巨额的运送花费、场所凭租费等附加成本费，另外也为买家带来了无穷无尽便捷性。网上商城促使“购物、不出门”变成实际。便宜的互联网资源促使网上商城成本费便宜，给全球性的互联网带来极其宽敞的销售市场，给商家/买家带来了诸多权益和无尽要求。
本设计方案对商业活动中普遍的购置、库存量、市场销售等商业活动及其有关的供应商和顾客等基本资料开展了管理方法。系统软件中的数据类型和字段名设定不实际对于某一个领域或公司，因此具备广泛的适用范围。

ABSTRACT
With the gradual emergence of the market economic system, economic globalization and economic development have become a trend of rapid development in China. The past marketing model has been challenged unprecedentedly: people are increasingly dissatisfied with the trouble brought about by the trading rules of going to fixed venues and buying (selling) fixed objects. The trading time is long and the efficiency is low. Huge transportation costs, market sales places with rent and other various additional expenses also bring heavy costs to businesses. In order to better integrate into the sales market and into the pace of economic development, buyers and businesses are diligently and actively looking for a marketing mode that can bring high efficiency and low cost.
Online shopping malls don't have to pay the rent of shops; new products can attract the attention of consumers in the least time, because they don't need so long delivery time. Online shopping mall for businesses to save a huge amount of transportation costs, places with rent and other additional costs, but also for buyers to bring endless convenience. Online shopping mall makes "shopping, not going out" a reality. Cheap Internet resources make the cost of online shopping mall cheap, bring extremely spacious sales market to the global Internet, and bring many rights and endless requirements to merchants / buyers.
This design scheme has carried out the management method for the common commercial activities such as purchase, inventory, marketing, and the related basic information of suppliers and customers. The setting of data type and field name in system software is not practical. It has a wide range of application for a certain field or company.
