TaskEither就是Either方法的异步版本，需要异步实现的场景会用到TaskEither，如异步http请求。代码示例如下：

import { pipe } from 'fp-ts/lib/function'
import * as TE from 'fp-ts/lib/TaskEither'

    TE.tryCatch(

tryCatch在Either下也有同样的实现，只是因为这里用到了async/await，所以才要用TaskEither。
