一复制引擎路径下的ts模板文件

C:\CocosDashboard_1.0.12\resources\.editors\Creator\3.3.1\resources\resources\3d\engine\editor\assets\default_file_content\ts

二粘贴修改ts文件

粘贴ts到.creator\asset-template\typescript (没有则新建文件夹)

修改复制粘贴的ts文件名为NewTS，内容修改如下：

 * @author chenkai <%DateTime%>
 */
@ccclass('<%Name%>')

三使用新建的模板

在cocos新建typescript，选择刚刚粘贴修改的NewTS

新建的模板typescript如下
